After earning her degree in finance and spending a decade advising investors on complex commercial transactions, Alexandra co-founded Harbor & Stone Commercial to create the kind of firm she always wished existed: one that blends rigorous strategy with genuine, personal service.

Known for her sharp eye for value and calm, steady leadership, Alexandra specializes in investment sales and portfolio strategy. Clients trust her not just for her market knowledge, but for her ability to see the bigger picture—and to protect it.

Daniel Harbor built his career at the intersection of development, design, and deal-making. Starting out in commercial leasing, he quickly gained a reputation for understanding not just square footage—but how people actually use space, grow businesses, and build brands within it.

After years working with national retailers, developers, and private investors, Daniel co-founded Harbor & Stone Commercial with a simple belief: commercial real estate should feel strategic, transparent, and surprisingly human.

Daniel leads the firm’s leasing and owner representation efforts, bringing a hands-on, collaborative style to every project. Clients appreciate his ability to translate complex market dynamics into clear, confident decisions—and his talent for spotting opportunities others overlook.

Outside the office, he’s a lifelong architecture enthusiast, weekend sailor, and firm believer that the best deals are built on trust, not pressure.
